If I purchase the digital file, when will I receive it?
Your PDF file will be prepared and emailed to you within 24 hours. Please make sure that you have provided the email address you would like to use to receive your file and the name of your school or agency during checkout in order to avoid potential delays. The name of your school or agency is necessary as your file comes with personalized copyright permission for you to make copies for program participants at your specific location. 

How many copies am I permitted to make of the PDF file?
You may make as many copies as you need for the tutors or instructional aides at your school site or agency year after year. There is no limit. The copyright prohibits you from sharing your file with other schools or organizations.

Why hasn't my PDF file arrived? I ordered it over 24 hours ago.
PDF files are delivered to your email address and are personalized with the name of your school or agency granting you permission to duplicate. If you did not include the name of your school or agency at the time of checkout, that may cause a delay in delivery. Also, depending upon your email security settings, it is possible that the email containing your PDF workbook was placed into a junk mail or spam folder. Please check all of your folders to be sure that the message hasn't been automatically placed into the incorrect folder by your email program. If you have any difficulty receiving or downloading your file, please feel free to contact me and I will help.
Why is a shipping address required for PDF purchases since shipping doesn't apply?
You will be asked to enter a shipping address during checkout with Paypal when purchasing a PDF digital file; however, your product will not be shipped to you and there will be no shipping fee charged. Your digital workbook is quickly and conveniently delivered to your email box instead. Paypal takes security very seriously and works hard to protect your information; therefore, as part of verifying the purchase, you are required to enter the address associated with your credit card.​
Can I purchase just one copy of the workbook?
Spiral bound, color workbooks are printed on demand and unfortunately, it is cost prohibitive to produce just one copy. Because the workbooks are copyright protected and designed to be written in by your program participants, each participant will need a copy so you would need to order more than one copy anyway. The 
digital PDF version of the peer tutoring and paraprofessional training workbook is available as a cost-effective alternative if you would prefer the option of making unlimited copies for the participants in your program. 
Can I return the material if it doesn't meet my needs?
Your complete satisfaction is very important. Please review the description of the peer tutoring and paraprofessional training 
 and the  Table of Contents  to see a listing of the specific topics covered in this curriculum. You may also find it helpful to read some customer feedback before ordering. Also, feel free to email or request a call back before ordering if you have questions. If you purchase the 2-pack of workbooks and decide that they will not meet your program needs, you can return them within 30 days in like new, re-sellable condition to receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping. There are no refunds of the PDF digital file or of printed workbooks in quantities greater than two.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping of printed, spiral-bound workbooks outside of the United State is not available; however, international visitors can purchase the PDF, digital peer tutoring and instructional aide workbook which is delivered quickly and at no cost via email.
Standard shipping in US (5-12 days):
$5.00 for 2-4 workbooks
$7.00 for 5-10 workbooks
$12.00 for 11 or more workbooks​

Priority shipping in US (3-5 days):
$8.50 for 2-4 workbooks
$13.00 for 5-10 workbooks
$20.00 for 11 or more workbooks

There are never any shipping fees for the digital version of the workbook. The PDF is ready to go!
What if I haven't heard back from you?
I respond to all emails. If you haven't received a response, it is likely that the message was incorrectly placed into a spam or junk mail folder by your email program. Please check your spam folder, junk mail folder, promotions tab, etc. to find the email. It frequently helps if you add my email address to your contacts. If you still can't find a message that you are expecting, please let me know and I will follow up with a phone call or resend it.
